Kathy O'Farrell, B.S., ACS, HIA
Regulatory Affairs Manager
Kathy has 30 years of compliance experience and has held executive positions with two major insurance companies as well as a preferred provider network. Her areas of expertise include product development, market research, risk management, process improvement, legal research, compliance monitoring of federal and state laws, and drafting and filing of policy forms. In addition, she has experience in advertising review, licensing and auditing of third-party administrators, and developing agent continuing education programs. She is well versed in all types of life and health business, including group and individual products.
Kathy holds a B.S. degree, magna cum laude, in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has published industry articles and was recognized in Cambridge Who’s Who. She is currently the Chair of the LIC Laws and Legislation Committee and past President of the Association of Insurance Professionals.
In her free time, Kathy enjoys traveling, walking in nature, and spending time with her friends and family.
